Refund policy

We strive for excellence in customer service and quality products. Each item is inspected before it is packaged for shipping, but we realize that sometimes things happen. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however, due to the customized nature of our items, we do not accept returns - all sales are final

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt of your item. You have an additional seven (7) days to return the item back to Takiyah T. Designs. After 14 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits will be considered or accepted. 

To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@takiyahtdesigns.com. Please note that eligible exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: Takiyah T. Designs, P.O. Box 720425, Byram, MS 39272. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and are required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, THERE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC $20 RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE 'STORE CREDIT' YOU WOULD BE ENTITLED TO.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on sale items or gift card purchases.

Please allow up to two (2) weeks from the time you mail your order for the exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the exchange has been processed.
