Processing & Shipping

Due to our products being made on demand especially for you, it may take some time to process your order before shipping. Standard order processing time varies depending on the complexity or size of your order. Please allow 7-14 business days to custom make and package your order. Processing time does not include shipping time . Once your order has shipped, adhere to the shipping times provided. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you be approved to return an item due to defective, damaged or receipt of the wrong item, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
